The elections are a means of domination of the landowners and big bourgeoisie; they are neither an instrument of transformation for the people nor a means to overthrow the power of the rulers. Thus, within this function of the elections in Peru, similar to those in other countries, and within their condition of being crucial for reaction, the general elections of 2021, as they should be, have been presented and developed as a defence of the existing outdated order and evolution of Peruvian society; and in this framework the parties, such as the 18 that participated in the first round and the two that have remained for the second round, maintain and defend the same fundamental objectives and goals and only have differences in form and means and how to use them.

The balance of these mobilisations after their first 20 days allows us to measure the massive participation and the great combativeness of the people in the current days of protests, as well as the bloodthirsty role of the old Colombian state in the service of the big bourgeoisie and landowners.
Behind all the opportunists and revisionists, practitioners of parliamentary cretinism, pursuing their path of serving the plans of reaction, the capitulators of the right opportunist line (ROL revisionist) with their spawn Movadef and Fundep have also placed themselves in single file and are also seeking their place in these reactionary jousts, although in their own way and according to their own dynamic, those of the VRAEM of the opportunist line, followers of the renegade and mercenary "José" and company, the latter have been seeking their enlistment for some time now through negotiations with so-called "reservist" spokesmen, agents of the army and the Dircote (like this "Sacha") for the sake of a supposed "national reconciliation". These traitors and renegades of the mercenary "José", as "feudal warlords" are making their presence felt in these elections with some "actions", they are trying to get a great resonance in order to position themselves better in view of the results of the elections; to get better conditions of "negotiation" and to keep their miserable existence as "feudal warlords".
People’s armed revolutions and rebellions against imperialism in colonial, semi-colonial countries in the 20th century were vital in putting an end to colonialism. Revolutionary struggle in the leadership of the Communist Party of China against Imperialism, Comprador Bureaucratic Bourgeoisie, big Feudal classes took an armed form since the beginning that led to the success of New Democratic Revolution. The oppressed people of China attained state power in the leadership of the proletariat. People’s Liberation Army played a vital role in the success. The defeat of fascism in World War II, weakening of imperialism and the success of China Revolution led to a spate of armed struggles in several countries that continued for three decades.
The so-called Greater Middle East is an area of more complex contradictions, including Afghanistan. We should bear in mind that the most acute conflict in the region was the Palestinian resistance against the Zionist state of Israel until the late 1970s, when it began to shift to the decade lasting Iran-Iraq war. Thus, the focus of the struggle in the region shifted eastwards, coinciding with the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in an attempt to move out into the Indian Ocean, a dangerous situation for the US. Control of the Middle East was at stake. It moved to Iraq again in the 1990s, then to Afghanistan (and Iraq) in the early part of this century and, in the second decade of this century, to Syria (and Iraq).
